The
first step we took was to downsize our office space. We found
out that we had under-utilized a lot of our space. This was
costing us money that we were passing on to our customers.
Now that we've downsized to our new office, we are passing
these savings on to our clients

Our next realization was the size of our staff.
We downsized here also. Although we no longer have account
representatives dealing with a small set of clients, we feel
our new service
rep is more than up to the task of proving the same great customer
service as our old staff.

Although we had a large datacenter with all the
latest features we found that most of them we did not need. So
gone is all the air conditioning, the battery/generator backup
power, locked access to the data center. We even found that we
didn't need high speed lines, our sites were not generating
that much traffic.
